Almost in Debian now

For a while there I was worried that zsync-0.2.3 wouldn't make it into Debian testing at all. But it seems that it is about to go in ("zsync is going in today", after 19 days). Good — I will finally be able to upgrade the version of zsync generating the example streams on this site.
